Staying at this hotel in Tbilisi was a delightful experience. The rooms were lovely and cozy, perfect for the winter season, although the size could have been bigger. The service was exceptional, with a very high service level provided by the polite, helpful, and proactive staff. The location was amazing, offering an immersion into the ancient wine culture of Georgia and being within walking distance of many attractions, though it could be a bit noisy facing the road. The dining experience offered a wonderful variety suitable for all palates, but it was very disappointing. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement.
